General Summery

The project promotes the peaceful co-existence, based on mutual interest, between Palestine and Israel through the sharing of practical knowledge and experience and the fostering of direct economic cooperation between Palestinian, Israeli and Italian women. Rural Palestinian women are provided with vocational training, entrepreneurship and basic business skills as well as training to prepare business plans, access start up loans and credits and establish micro-enterprises in their villages. A study mission to italy was carried out in the last quarter of 2006. Networking among Italian, Israeli and Palestinian women co-operators and entrepreneurs took place and opportunties to promote partnerships. Joint ventures of mutual benefit is scheduled for the third quarter of 2007. Read More
