general summary
During the two years, the project aims to adjust the supply and demand of
the employment through multiple and structured actions within the companies in Amman and Gaza. The team identifies actual and potential markets and human resources, forecast and match job opportunities with the appropriate competencies. The target beneficiaries are rural women, public and private sector employees, and agricultural, commercial and non-commercial enterprises. Currently, the team is matching 50 women from the village of Wadi Ryan in the Northern Aghwar to potential possibility of employment in the textile industry in the city of Irbid and the areas around it. Today, 35 women have already started working and show great interest in circulating information and attracting a larger group pf women.
